Knowing the Gospel is the goal of all Christendom, and keeping that in focus can be our simplest yet most complex task. Surrounded by distractions and secondary and tertiary issues, that focus brings unity and clarity. As followers of Christ, we must constantly remind ourselves of this. Anyone who cannot explain the Gospel to those around him in a way that the listener can understand is handicapping themselves as a Christian.

So, as a challenge. Explain that to someone today, whether they're saved already or not, and see how you explain the Gospel so that another person can understand this central truth.
