Dear Hot Metal Family,

We enter another week of the stay-at-home order here in Pennsylvania. Perhaps you feel a strange new rhythm starting to take place. And yet, this week is different than the other weeks, because this week also marks Holy Week-where we remember the story of Jesus in Jerusalem, his crucifixion, death, and resurrection.

This story obviously takes on a new and different meaning this year, as we are without the normal worship services and rituals that we typically do together. But we make do - thanks to all who made or found "palms" for our Palm Sunday Zoom! We'll hear different reflections each day from our liturgists on YouTube. And we'll still gather (via Zoom) on the evening of Good Friday to light candles and remember that even in the face of death, God continues to pour out never-ending love and grace.

My prayers are with you always, and especially as we look for hope of the resurrection in these strange times. Please stay connected and reach out if you need anything!
