✝️ ONLINE ASH WEDNESDAY BIBLE STUDY
TODAY, March 5 @ 7PM
Zoom Link >>
Lauren is leading an online bible study to kick off our Lenten partnership with Community Kitchen. We'll be talking about how awesome this organization is and what all of this has to do with the themes of Lent and Easter to hopefully make our volunteer experience at Community Kitchen even more meaningful.
🐟 COMMUNITY KITCHEN FISH FRY
Fridays, March 7- April 11 @ 4-7 PM
Community Kitchen: 107 Flowers Avenue, Hazelwood
It's fish fry season! Stop by Community Kitchen any Friday in Lent to support our neighbors doing incredible work to strengthen communities through food. Each week you'll see a few Hot Metallers at their volunteer shifts; this week you can say hi to Brian and Lauren.
🥳 CELEBRATION SUNDAY + CALL VOTE
Sunday, March 16 @ 10:30 AM
Spartan Community Center of Hazelwood (134 E Elizabeth St)
Celebrate the sale of our Southside building and vote to welcome our next pastor! It's an occasion that calls for cake! Eight months ago we made the decision to let go of our building to financially support our future. Now that moment has come when we can begin to reinvest into our community's priorities. Cheers to us!
🙏 WEEKLY PRAYER CHECK-IN
Tuesdays @ 1 PM On Zoom >>
Bob leads a weekly opportunity to connect with each other and support one another through prayer.
⛪ WORSHIP SERVICES NOW IN HAZELWOOD
Sundays @ 10:30 AM
Spartan Community Center of Hazelwood (134 E Elizabeth St)
And on Zoom >>
Every week we typically sing a few songs, share some prayer requests, have a sermon, and share in communion together. ASL interpretation is offered online.
Kiddos are always joyfully welcomed in our service; noises, wiggles, and all! We currently do not have kids’ programming available, but we hope to rebuild our nursery program and kids’ Sunday School in early 2025 as we figure out our transition to Hazelwood.
