✌️ Christian Nonviolence Small Group This Friday, June 13 @ 7:00 pm Emma's House, Lawrenceville: Email eborbin@gmail.com for Address Luke Watson is forming a community group focusing on Christian nonviolence. At the first meeting, people talked about the issues important to them included Gaza, immigrant mistreatment and deportation, due process concerns; Autism, Medicaid losses, the forgotten ones of society, LGBTQ+ population, and unfairness in general. Monthly meetings will alternate location for geographic fairness, the next will be in Upper Lawrenceville.
This will be an opportunity to meet neighbors and new friends, and let them know that Hot Metal is a place where they can find community and belonging. And we've made t-shirts for the occasion! (Order by June 18.) Saturday, June 28 @ 3-8 PM

The Brew House is hosting a weekend of vendors, performances, DJs, and more, celebrating love in the Hazelwood Community. Hot Metal will have a table... we'll maybe have a signup sheet soon. Probably. Almost definitely.
