Dear Hot Metal Family,

Blessed Holy Week! We continue on this journey of hearing and remembering the story of how God turned death into new life. Especially when this time feels so laden with death and despair, we trust that the promise that death and suffering will come to an end will bring some much needed hope.

The Table continues its mission of making sure people are fed. Thanks to all the volunteers who have stepped up to help with prep, distribution, and delivery. Thank you to those who have donated non-perishable items and monetary donation. And thank you especially to Victoria, who did not know that an "Interim" position would mean "make sure people are fed safely during a global pandemic." This ministry continues to be a physical sign of hope and new life in the community. It even included a special take home and reheat Easter meal!

I hope you continue to connect and engage and support all the ways we continue to live out our mission as a community of faith. Please especially remember to join us for our Easter Sunday Zoom! For that time together, we'll also celebrate Holy Communion, so have some bread (ish) and grape juice (ish) on hand!
