A note about the nursery...A friendly reminder that the nursery space is intended to be available only for the little ones (those 3 years old and under). Our little ones have specific needs and we want to make sure we are keeping that space suitable to meet those needs. We kindly ask that any children older than three be accompanied by an adult when entering the nursery. Thank you! If you have any questions about this, please reach out to a member of council.
A Look Ahead...After Survey Sunday (11/5), we will have a brief three week mini series on Gratitude during the month of November. On November 12, we will explore gratitude for (and loving) yourself; on November 19 we will explore gratitude for (and loving) others; and on November 26, we will explore gratitude for (and loving) the community. Immediately after this, we will be launching into our Advent season. This year's theme is "How does a weary world rejoice?" More information is coming soon. We are looking forward to worshipping with you in the months to come!
Thanksgiving at the Table. Our wonderful Table coordinator LaChan has asked for volunteers to help with clean up at The Table’s Thanksgiving Meal, which will be held on Thanksgiving day. Volunteers will be needed that day between 11-4, but especially around 3:00 to help clean up. If you are available, you may let LaChan know (lachan@hotmetalbridge.com) or simply show up.
