Conversation and communion: where are you plugging in?
The Divine Dance: The Trinity and Your Transformation // starts TOMORROW at 7PM // main hall // In a book that draws from scripture, theology, and the deepest insights of mystics, philosophers, and sages throughout history, Richard Rohr (with Mike Morrell) presents a compelling alternative to aloof and fairy-tale versions of God:  One God, belovedly in communion, as All-Vulnerable, All-Embracing, and All-Given to you and me. The Table // TUES & THUR @ 5:30pm // main hall // Communion – fellowship with God and each other - is at the heart of everything we do. The Table is an extension of the communion that we share together on Sunday mornings. Come and enjoy a free hot meal and conversation.

Diaper Drive
// drop-off SUN 9:30am-1pm or TUES & THUR 4:30-6:30pm // thru APR 30
//  Throughout April we are collecting for The Western Pennsylvania Diaper Bank. Your donation will provide diapers for babies of low-income families in our area! Place donations in the blue bin inside the parking lot entrance. Opened packs are accepted. Contact e.p.jeffries@gmail.com.

Collecting Homeless Ministry Supplies // thru APR 30 //  Now that winter is over and the cold weather shelters are closed, many homeless neighbors are looking for supplies. Throughout April we are collecting jeans, shorts, shoes, and boots for men and women. Also, many of the 100+ folks who sheltered indoors for the winter are now looking for tents. If you'd like to donate one, here's an affordable one that's the right size.  Contact dave@hotmetalbridge.com

Community Workshop for Education // MON MAY 22 @ 5:30PM // main hall // Do you see brokenness in our current education system and want to see change but feel overwhelmed and don't know where to start? The Center for Public Justice is facilitating a workshop that will provide you with a Christian framework for analyzing education policy, an overview of the roles and responsibilities of federal, state, and local governments in education, and tools you can use to address a policy issue with others. This content will start you on your way to identifying the root of the problem, where you can address it in government and ideas for how to get started using the tools you already have available to you. Dinner and childcare provided. To register for this FREE workshop, complete this form by May 15 and return to charity.haubrich@cpjustice.org.
