Rich and I are about to head off to check out the running scene in Vietnam, but.. before we go I wanted to let you know Term 1 of running back here in Sydney starts on Monday 29th January.

First fun run we will have runners in is the Sun Run, from Dee Why to Manly. Usually either very hot, or ironically very wet and not a ray of son in sight, so it's a nice challenge to start the season.

Watch out for a social event early in the term. Suggestions range from a quiet dinner at the Greengate to karaoke at the Pickled Possum for an inter-group challenge.
