Hi Friend
I've dropped the first few weeks of training into your training account.
I have you doing something every day except Saturday. 2 are walks, and there are 3 strength sessions each week. Can do at home, should take about 20 minutes. It's really important to be moving every day - not just for your running, but more importantly for your general health and well being.
I'm going to be on your case about it - I know it is very easy to think you don't have time- guilty of it myself. But, we just have to make time for ourselves each day.
Training App Access
You will need to log in to the Members' Area of our website to view your training program, or you can download our training app to your phone. We use the Training Tilt platform, so you will need to search on Training Tilt in your app store.
Your login details for the Hooked on Running members area are:
Username: rfb001@gmail.com
Password: Renee2024
When copying and pasting your password, be careful you don't include any spaces.
When you have a chance, take a look around the members' area where there are articles and other resources for you. Use the "getting started" category in the Articles section to view instruction videos.
I have set you up to receive email notifications of your next 2 days' workouts between 5pm and 6pm every day.
Recording Your Training
You can sync your training device with your Hooked on Running training plan either directly if you use a Garmin, or via Strava. I see data a lot more easily if you synch your device with Strava, then Strava with our training app. We can sort that out on Wednesday if needed. Not sure if you used a Garmin or not, but here are the instructions to connect Garmin to Stava.

I've followed you on Strava, so just make sure you have set your privacy settings to allow followers to view your workouts.
Go to your Strava account
Click on the drop down box on the top right of screen next to your name and click on Settings
On the left hand menu, click on Privacy Controls, and set your privacy so that followers can see your activities and your profile. You can deny or allow requests to follow you, so that you can control who can see your activities.
Connect Strava to Hooked on Running
Log into your account
On the top right of the screen, click on the drop down box beside your name.
Click on Settings
Scroll down to connections, and connect to Strava
Regards
Kirsten
