We are pretty excited about getting back to full-sized face to face running groups from tonight. First group, Koola Park Killlara, 7pm
As well as all our regular groups starting back this week, we are also excited to let you know we have a new circuit class at 6am on Mondays at 6am at Lionel Watts reserve. Wea also have some interest in a circuit class at Melwood fields in Forestville on Thursday mornings. Please email me if you're interested to find out more.

Monday 6:00 am. Lionel Watts Reserve. Circuit class
Monday 7:00 pm. Koola Park. Running group
Wednesday 6:15 am. Roseville Park. Running group
Wednesday 9:30 am. Roseville Park Running group
Wednesday 6:30 pm. Lionel Watts Reserve. Running group
Thursday 6:00 am, Melwood Oval, Forestville. PROPOSED circuit class
Saturday 6:15 am Lionel Watts Reserve. Running group
NOTE: The Saturday and Wednesday early morning groups will start at 6:15 am until the first week in November. From Wednesday 3rd November onwards we will revert back to a 6am start time.
Vaccination and COVID Safe Requirements
By law, until December 1st, only fully vaccinated people, or those with a medical exemption, are able to attend our adults sessions. If we have not already viewed your vaccination certificate, we will need to view that before you join the group. You can either show us immediately prior to the commencement of the session, or if you prefer, send to me via return email.
You MUST NOT attend the group if you are unwell.
Please be considerate of your fellow group members and maintain a physical distance of 1.5m.
Kids Groups
Our kids groups are also back in full swing with groups most days of the week. We have also introduced a road race series this term. Run on hard surfaces on closed roads, they are a great variation on our traditional cross country series. You can see more about kids' running training here.
