PESCO is alive and well Have you even heard of it? It stands for Permanent Structured Cooperation From their own website at https://pesco.europa.eu:

25 EU Member States have joined PESCO and subscribed to more binding commitments to invest, plan, develop and operate defence capabilities more together, within the Union framework. The objective is to jointly arrive at a coherent full spectrum of defence capabilities available to Member States for national and multinational (EU, NATO, UN, etc.) missions and operations. This will enhance the EU’s capacity as an international security actor, contribute to the protection of the EU citizens and maximise the effectiveness of defence spending.

The key difference between PESCO and other forms of cooperation is the legally binding nature of the commitments undertaken by the 25 Member States which participate in PESCO.

Please note that these agreements are legally binding as PESCO literally is the nucleus for a combined European Army This army is designed to reduce the national armies of every “member state” to a police force, locally, and give them the “security” of a continental army drawing funding and troops from all 25 countries In other words, they will be giving up their national sovereignty, because without a military, an unarmed nation is not a sovereign nation.

You will also note that PESCO recognizes the fact, which most Americans do not, that NATO and the UN are integral parts of the New World Order If you have a relative working under NATO, then they are working to implement and to enforce the New World Order They don’t have to be wearing a blue UN helmet to be doing so.

What About Hong Kong?

1 An independent military committed to protecting the nation;
2 An armed population committed to opposing tyranny at home.
