ANOTHER SOLDIER SAYS “NO!”
to UNLAWFUL ORDERS!

Are you watching what is happening in Virginia?  Every day we see new abuses against the Constitution, but Governor Ralph Northam has taken “unlawful orders” to a new level! The Virginia legislature passed a bill which requires owners of “assault weapons” to turn them over to the State, or have them confiscated by the State!  Gov. Northam signed and promises to enforce that new law. 

The immediate response from the counties was that 90 Virginia counties have declared themselves “Second Amendment Sanctuary Counties”. Their commissioners, and their sheriffs have said they will not enforce that state law!     And the response to that, from the governor, is that he will bring in the National Guard to force citizens to give up their guns!  And now we are getting reports from various national guardsmen that, “We will not obey that order.”  (Sounds like SPC Michael New, doesn’t it?)  Unless there is some kind of intervention, it looks like there will be blood spilt over this issue in Virginia, as we move closer to what some see as an inevitable civil war.  A massive rally is planned for January 20 in Richmond. The courts may intervene, or the president may nationalize the National Guard, taking them away from the socialist governor of Virginia.

There are two people in particular, whom we can thank for this stiffened resistance to unlawful orders: Sheriff Richard Mack and former Army Specialist Michael New.  A new generation, which has never even heard the names of Michael New and Richard Mack, is now following in their footsteps!  This is the fruit of resistance to tyranny in the 1990s – not to mention in 1775! 

This is why it is so important to teach our children the lesson from history, that they are not only under no obligation to obey illegal orders, but that they have a duty to disobey those orders!

And this is why we need to get the booklet printed, in pocket format:

PRESIDENTIAL PARDONS

Did you notice that President Trump recently pardoned several soldiers and sailors who were in federal prisons, as a result of political courts-martial which punished them for doing the right thing?  It’s been decades since we saw that kind of courage in the White House.

We are grateful to those of you who have already written to President Trump, asking him to pardon former SPC Michael New for his terrible “crime” of wanting to serve his own country, exclusively, refusing to serve as a mercenary under the command and control of the United Nations.

Why now? 

1. Because this president has shown himself willing to do it (unlike Clinton/Bush/Obama). 
2. Because Michael New deserves to be pardoned. 
3. Because it will serve as a beacon for future troops faced with the challenge of obeying illegal orders.
4. Because is will be a nice political jab in the eye of the Clintons. 
5. Because we have found someone who has an inside track with the White House! 

When the time is right, and with the added support of a few hundred letters from patriotic Americans, he thinks we can place this matter on the desk of President Trump. Our next newsletter should address this in more detail.

Shall America return to being a Constitutional Republic?  The jury is still out on that question, but we know our duty is to work toward that end.  Success is in the hands of God – and of the next generation.  If we don’t give them the tools and the knowledge, then how can they possibly understand their duty?
