Everything starts with you at this moment. 


What’s the bravest thing to do in this moment?


No matter how difficult this moment feels, choose to take an action.


You have the strength. 


Is this good for your mind, body and spirit?


Consistency is the light through the tunnel.

What do you need? What do you want? 

These are some of the phrases that I keep coming back to lately.


In the midst of life's ups and downs, we find ourselves in the embrace between two cosmic kismet eclipses. And while this will affect everyone individually, the two sides of the cosmic undercurrent are "relationships dynamics and self-identity".


Tomorrow we welcome the new moon in Aries, so we're reminded of the powerful energy of renewal and new beginnings that this celestial punctuation brings.


The freshest starts follow precise endings.


But Chiron is taking center stage, so you might not be surprised to feel some resonance this weekend with words like triggered AF, (by my) insecurities, feeling stuck, swimming in the that god damn wound that just won’t heal. 

Mercury retrograde is throwing curveballs to keep us on our toes - - like people completely misunderstanding one another, technology breaking down when you need it most, car problems and an overall sense of confusion. 


Venus is in Aries has us hot and bothered - and if that’s not channeled into determination, we may be setting off fires so big, we set our hair on fire.

Shed the drag and embrace the juicy, to step boldly into the unknown. 


As this new moon rolls in with all it's gusto, it's fruitful to let some shit go, so that we have more room for the new to grow.


Ignite a flame of passion within you by choosing one activity or project that you can commit to pursuing because it feels good for your mind, body and spirit. 


Commit to the pursuit of one “self” activity and the rest will fall into place.
