Here is my Day 6 book recommendation on ➡️Controversially Weight-Loss⬅️:

The book is written by Glenn Livingston Ph.D. (psychiatrist).

Weight-loss - insulting, shaming, and almost degrading to your soul. Warning - this book is super raw in its form and highly ➡️controversially⬅️ with some people. This is the main reason why it only has a 4 star rating (lots of 1 star reviews). It's a love or hate type of book.

I am a certified NASM weight-loss specialist and this NOT the approach I take with my clients (not even close). However, there are people that are desperate that have been through multiple programs, and nothing has worked for them - at all. After reading it myself, and not agreeing with his practices in their entirety, I still think it has the potential to reach others if no other approach works.

If you decide to read this - just remember I warned you! Not the best style of writing, but from the heart and soul of a psychiatrist - Glenn Livingston. He has helped 10s of thousands of people transform their lives when other programs couldn't help them.
