Subject: 3 steps to solve your “summer problem”

Free webinar on successful summer lessons

I have been helping music studios succeed for 10 years.

I’ve noticed that around this time every year… studio owners start panicking about the summer.

I have largely been telling owners the same thing this time every year.

I’ve done podcasts, videos, blog posts, special presentations.

This year… It occurred to me that these past resources have typically focused on only 1 part of what makes a successful summer.

Here’s the deal though…

There are three things that have to be set in stone for summer to succeed.

And I’m not sure if I’ve ever talked about ALL THREE in one place.

If any one of these is missing, summer won’t work.

Here they are:

1. The Early Yes (Logistics)

If you wait until June to talk about summer, you’ve already lost. There is a process to getting enrollment in camps or summer lessons.

2. How to Persuade Parents (Marketing)

If you’re just “offering a camp,” parents won’t move. There has to be a reason they need to act. You have to give them a taste of the results in advance.

3. The Proof Engine (Product)

If your program doesn’t create results and delight… you aren’t going to get repeat customers (and this is what makes summer work in the long run).

On our Summer Success Webinar, we’re going to break those down and show you how to have a successful summer… whether you are running camps or just a lesson program.

If you’re nervous about summer…

This free webinar will help.

At GrowYourMusicStudio.com, it’s our mission to build a community of music education entrepreneurs that love building, scaling, and expanding their music studio! We focus on equipping these entrepreneurs with the very best information as it pertains to growing and scaling a successful, profitable music school. We love to help people learn how to market and scale their local and online studios. We do this by showing them how to teach students in a group setting rather than providing a service that can't scale - so they can live a great life and make a great living at the same time.
