A personal note
Well hello stranger!
Yes, it's been a while since the last visit to your inbox.
In the spirit of authentic transparency (and because you're on this wild rollercoaster with me!), I want to give you a quick update on what's been happening behind-the-scenes.
We had an incredible Arch+Design Imaging! But the journey to it was TOUGH. Afterwards, I hit burnout... and am still recovering.
Then my beloved dog, Daisy, had a seizure. Scary, yes! But she's healthy and thriving, even if I have to keep a closer eye on her in case it happens again.
As if that's not enough, my cancer has returned. Last year I had a diagnosis, was able to get it removed, and just needed frequent check-ups. The most recent check-up showed that it came back. It's been removed, but my life is getting an overhaul as I do my part to prevent another recurrence (and hopefully avoid having to do chemo).
Phew! That's is a lot of life in a few months.
Needless to say, my attention has shifted for now and life is looking a little different. |
