Future Food Asia 2022 is happening in two months’ time and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you back in person for a 3-day conference starting on 7 June 2022. From the record-high number startups vying for the 3 awards to the exceptional line-up of speakers - it is a conference not to be missed.

There is no denying the current food situation is a powder keg – when the West worries much about wheat, the East already feels the heat on palm oil. This year we are preparing a unique curation of discussions.

And to start on a high, you might wonder if everything has already been said on Alternative Proteins. We don’t think so and will be inviting the first real debate on one of the most polarizing topics of the moment, Cell Cultured Meat.

Last year we brought attention to Precision Fermentation, the “middle child” of the Alternative Proteins family, and how capabilities were the bottleneck. This year we will explore how Asia is rising to the Precision Fermentation opportunity. Stay tuned as this could be a game changer.
