Last 5 days to register for Future Food Asia 2022. Being held at Park Royal on Beach Road on 7th and 8th of June, and then virtually on 9th of June, FFA 2022 promises to bring the full conference experience with ample networking opportunities, exhibitor booths and a cocktail to wrap up the first day.

Meet the most promising early-stage innovators from APAC

Our Top 10 Finalists will be pitching on the FFA stage and one of them will be awarded the US$100,000 Future Food Asia Award on 8th June.


They have been selected after intense assessment by the jury represented by Dr. Ralph Graichen, Senior Director of Human Potential, Food and Consumer Cluster at Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR); Dr. Yuchu Zhang, Group R&D Leader, Cargill Protein Asia & Europe; Francesca Kleemans, Managing Director, Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate, Asia; and Isabelle Decitre, Founder and CEO of ID Capital.


About The Thai Wah Prize for Circular Bioeconomy

To be awarded on 7th June to a startup focusing on two key areas of Biomass Bioprocessing and Bioproducts. The recipient of the prize would be one that is able to help repurpose biomass into a useful or valuable product. The winner will receive full support from Thai Wah for their application development as well as pilot trial implementation. They will also have access to Thai Wah’s strong team of strategy and R&D professionals, with further assistance in their go to market strategy upon product validation.

About the Cargill Food for Good Award

Cargill is proud to present one inspiring start-up with the “Cargill Food for Good Award”. To be presented on 8th June, the winning start-up will be one which is innovating new food solutions that do good – for people, product and/or planet. The winner will be awarded an in-field or lab-paid pilot, access to in-house experts and collaborations with Cargill Innovation Centers in the region, and be mentored by a Cargill project champion who will help them navigate the organization and leverage the benefits of the award.
