The world is out of control. You want to make a difference, but how? It's a good question and the answer will not be the same for all of us. There are many places you can give your extra resources to, so many people in need. It's truly heartbreaking. But know this- you can make a difference! And we hope you will consider starting in your local community. If rising gas and food prices are making us think twice about leaving our homes, what about those who don't have a home to stay close to? What about the parents who were already struggling to pay the rent, put gas in the car so they can get to work, and buy food to feed their family?
Last weekend (yes, it's already been a full week!) we changed our clocks. Today we welcome in Spring, officially (at least according to the calendar...). This time of year is all about change and regrowth. We can be the change for children and families currently experiencing hardship and homelessness close to home simply by giving some change.
