Happy Friday, Friend,

I turned my back for approximately 14 seconds.

That’s all it takes.

Our micromini goldendoodle, Bobbin, discovered what she believed to be the greatest treasure ever created…

A spool of thread.

Now, in her defense, it does roll.

And it does unwind in a very satisfying way.

And apparently, it creates an obstacle course when you sprint through the shop, the kitchen, and halfway down the hallway.

By the time I realized she had something in her mouth, she was already mid-zoomie.

Thread everywhere.

Across the floor.

Around chair legs.

Through the doorway.

Into history.

The spool did not survive.

Bobbin?
Completely delighted.

Zeus supervised.

And I calmly announced to the room:

“That is not a toy!”

(Pretty sure she disagrees.)
