New Urology System
Donations to the Spencer Regional Healthcare have been used to support the purchase of new technology that is being used by Dr. Charlotte Caligiuri. The urology system will be used in a new procedure to treat kidney stones in patients with large or irregularly shaped stones, or otherwise are not candidates for common stone treatments. Public Access AED Machines around the Hospital
Did you know there are 11 AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) located throughout Spencer Hospital for public and professional use?
The use of an AED can restore a normal heart rhythm in victims of sudden cardiac arrest. The portable AEDs, as pictured to the right, enable more people to respond to a medical emergency that requires defibrillation.
