In this episode, I’m interviewing Claudia Cometa, host of the Minding Wellness podcast, and also a clinical pharmacist who changed career courses when she found herself advocating for her father when he was diagnosed with Stage 3 Lymphoma. She is a private patient advocate and today, we’re talking about reducing the noise so we can tune in and listen to our inner wisdom.

Doctor's are smart...but most of them don't get much training in how to use food as medicine. Luckily, Claudia is an advocate for using food as medicine, if and whenever you can.

She's also an advocate for patients because sometimes, going to the doctor or going to the hospital may turn out to be an unexpected event.
