Subject: Have you any clue what's hiding in your hummus?

Thanks for being here...let's keep the conversation going so we can all have clean, healthy food on our plates!
Perhaps you have some idea...
Because you're a listener to this podcast! (Thank you...)

But the reality is, most of us have no idea what toxic substances are hiding out in our most beloved "healthy" foods.

Here's the thing...

If you watched the video I made a couple of weeks ago then you know that glyphosate has been found in hummus. That's right. And the hummus we're talking about here is from trusted retailers like Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Harris Teeter...and a very popular brand of hummus called Sabra.

Yeah, I used to love that brand of hummus too.

In this week's episode, we are talking about toxic beans (like chickpeas) and "cereal offenders" (like oats). Two highly consumed foods that are promoted as being "healthy" options.

Here's the link to listen to the full episode :

Both of these categories of foods have been tested and found to contain questionable levels of glyphosates.

The REAL question is...

Why does this chemical keep showing up in our food supply?

The bigger question is, what can we do to stop it from being in our kids' breakfast and in our favorite healthy snacks like hummus?

Listen in to this week's amuse bouche style, short format "appetizer" podcast episode designed to give you a taste of reality. :) Oh, and you can also watch this week's video...and while you're over on YouTube...why not SUBSCRIBE to the channel so you know when I upload additional content!
