Can I purchase just a few of the calorie targets? I don't need them all. Can a client increase the daily protein levels easily enough? Yes, they can remove one of their daily snacks and replace those calories with an extra protein source. In the welcome section of each meal plan, we can include a page on how to increase proteins, carbs and fats and give some examples of common protein, carbs and fat sources. We've included a downloadable sample of this here. We feel this is a great way for clients to learn more about nutrition.
