Subject: What's your excuse?

"I don’t have time to cook healthy meals”, muttered the retired grandmother of NONE as she tucked into her greasy sausage roll.

Those words still resound in my head 12 months on like an angry hornet in my ear.

I bit my tongue and kept quiet, secretly wanting to punch her in the sausage-filled gob.

Seriously, that woman had more time on her hands then both me and Alan put together.

She does nothing. Pretty much most days… not even joking.

And yet we still manage to eat pretty healthy most of the time. It’s not always easy, but we do it.

We are driven to.

The other option is to eat crap and feel rubbish. Sorry but that’s not for us.

The lack of time excuse is something we hear over and over.

Where is it cropping up in your life?

  • Not enough time to work on your business?

  • Not enough time to work on your relationships?

  • Not enough time to have fun with your kids?

Maybe this is procrastination in disguise - or maybe you just need to prioritise and re-jig your schedule to fit those things in.
