Subject: Welcome To Wrexham

Hi Friend

Welcome To Wrexham.

The documentary with Ryan Reynolds and Rob McIhenney is about their pursuit and journey to buy and run Wrexham football club.

If you’ve watched, not only will you have seen how interesting it is (the way they instantly become fans of the team is fascinating)...

You'll also have noticed there’s an incredibly powerful marketing message in it that you can take to your own fitness and coaching business.

Throughout the show, whenever there’s a clip or section where the local Wrexham fans are talking, you’ll see subtitles pop up on the screen.

Maybe it’s just me. Although I'm not so sure there really is a need for the subtitles.

Anyway I digress.

The reason it’s important to you…

It shows just how important it is for your target audience to understand what you’re talking about.

Now, Rob and Ryan clearly couldn’t get the whole of the town to take elocution lessons to help the viewers of the show…

So they did the next best thing:

Subtitles.

Subtitles make it far easier for the native (US) viewers of the show.

In speaking the language of their target audience, they open up the show to better viewing figures…

And making the show a greater success.

When YOU speak the language of your potential clients and customers, you open up more opportunities for them to want to work with you.

Speaking in a language your clients understand can be something as simple as meeting them where they’re currently at with their plan.

Figuring out and understanding what their biggest problems, pain points and drawbacks are.

What’s making it hard for them to achieve their desired outcome from working with you and what can you do to bridge the gap? Help them get there quicker.

Do they need help with time management?

A less time-consuming workout on certain days of the week

Help and advice on what to eat when they go out to dinner with their family.

Whatever it is, speak their language and understand them as deeply as possible and it will often lead to you achieving results with them they can’t help but shout and scream about.

Think about this the next time you’re speaking to a client who’s having some problems following the plan.

Best wishes

Naomi.
