Subject: The death of personal training

Hi Friend

Could this signal the end of the personal training and coaching industry?

The NHS has been given the go-ahead to prescribe a weight loss injection for obese patients.

That’s what some personal trainers might be fearing after hearing this news.

However, when you dig past the headlines, you see it’s another BS news story in the mainstream media.

Yes, this injection is being made available on the NHS.

But…

There are specific conditions under which people will get a prescription for it.

Being above a certain BMI and having at least one other medical condition.

And if someone is given the weekly injection, they must use it as part of a calorie-controlled diet and increase their activity levels with regular exercise.

In a nutshell, exactly what personal trainers have been preaching for many years.

You know it. I know it…

Deep down, your clients know it.

Losing weight and transforming your body is done using a combination of training and correct nutrition.

Even if you have a client prescribed the weight loss injection, they will still need access to simple, tasty and quick recipes to keep them on track to lose weight.

Despite what some may say, this injection will not be the death of personal training and coaching…

If you get yourself set up correctly now, it could be the answer to your business growth.

Reply to this if you want to see some ideas for recipe ebooks and meal plans to help your clients achieve the weight loss they think is unachievable.

Best wishes,

Naomi.
