Subject: Tea Coffee and Client anxiety

Hi Friend

Stepping onto the gym floor in January is going to be like a battle scene from the movie 300.

There will be bodies–of all shapes and sizes–absolutely everywhere.

Signing new clients will be like shooting fish in a barrel. It will be the same online, too.

People who have been sitting on the fence for months will be falling onto your side of the fence begging to sign with you.

This is great for you and your business.

How long will it last though?

For the coaches and personal trainers who get their ducks in a row early, it’ll last throughout the whole year.

If you’re not as organised from the get go – well it’ll be a bumpy ride.

January is the best time of the year to set yourself up for continued success all year long.

Because if you’re not getting enough new clients to keep your business growing right now or your churn rate is high…

You can use January as your own great reset.

How?

To start with, it means delivering an amazing client experience.

Now I know, there will be a session where your client wants to call you every name under the sun. At the end of the session though, well if you’ve delivered it beyond their expectations, they’ll love you.

What happens when they leave the gym floor?

How can you make a lasting impression so they want to continue making progress?

That’s where other variables come into play.

What you deliver to them when they sign up with you can make the difference in clients continuing to work with you past their initial sign up period.

The trick to growing your business and getting rid of your anxiety about clients dropping off…

(Creating an unstable and unpredictable income) …

Is how you interact with them throughout the time they’re not training.

Can you deliver information to help them and their own personal mission?

Can you communicate with them outside of their usual check in periods?

A simple text to see how their doing and how their day is, can go a long way.

Overdelivering for your clients doesn’t always mean going to additional expense.

(Although I’m sure your early morning clients would massively appreciate a tea or coffee waiting for them when they arrive on a cold January morning).

Think about what you can do or give to over exceed your clients expectations.

Of course, we have resources available you can use, such as our Teaching Tools etc.

If you’re interested in looking at what we can offer to help you overdeliver for your clients, reply with the words Over Deliver, and I’ll get the details across to you.

Best wishes,

Naomi.

Ps. Over Delivering and being a great coach is a great way to beat the anxiety of not having enough clients after the January rush. Reply with Over Deliver to see the resources we have available to help you do exactly that.
