Subject: Scoffing cakes and doughnuts

Hi Friend

What does January look like for you?

Are you expecting to be busy with the usual “New Year: New Me” crowd?

Let’s be honest…

There are going to be a lot of potential clients to choose from.

You’ll have new clients practically walking up to you begging you to take their money and get them in shape.

As a great trainer and coach, you’ll have no issue doing this at all.

The only problems come when you’ve helped your client get the result they want.

Where do they and you go from there?

How do they manage and navigate their life from that moment?

As a great coach, you already know the most successful transformations happen outside of the gym

They happen when you’ve taught your clients how to develop the habits they need to succeed as soon as they walk off the gym floor.

You don’t need me to tell you where “abs are made”.

Although it’s true, the long lasting transformations will happen with your clients that know how to eat properly when they’re not training or working as hard as they do in your sessions.

It’s how they flex their discipline muscle when someone brings cakes and doughnuts into the office…

Or when they hit the town on a Saturday night with friends and family.

Of course, your clients can do this.

It’s how they get themselves back on track. By having the prior knowledge to prevent a blowout from ruining their progress.

And that's where you step in again as the expert.

What can you give them to help them gain the knowledge they need to succeed outside of the gym?

What do they need to guarantee their success?

Our recipe books, meal plans and knowledge guides help to ensure your clients continue their success after they’ve finished working with you.

Best Wishes,

Naomi.

Ps. Get things right with your clients during the January rush, and you’ll be fully booked through the whole of next year. Get it wrong, and you’ll be winging it month to month. Reply for more information on the resources that’ll help your clients guarantee their success – and yours.

Pps. Alan is opening up some slots for his exclusive one-to-one coaching service in the new year. Keep your eyes peeled for an email from him talking more about it.
