Movie megastar Dwayne Johnson AKA ‘The Rock’ first made a name for himself while wrestling in the WWF/WWE.


In his time there, he became known for his catchphrases (as well as his wrestling ability, of course).


One of the phrases he used to say to his opponents was:


“Know your role”.


(I’m sure it was a dig at the fact his opponents were rarely as well-known or as popular as he was).


It reminds me of the common phrase “know your worth”.


I speak to hundreds of PTs and coaches on a regular basis. Many of them tell me about the amazing results they help their clients get.


I’m sure you’re no different.


Something I often remind these coaches, which I’ll share with you is:


Know your worth.


It’s easy to get trapped charging below what you’re worth so you can book the hours up and guarantee your income.


When you focus on the results you help your clients achieve, you start to understand your worth even more.


You’re helping your clients achieve lifelong goals in some cases.


That Friend is something you should be proud of.


No matter how much you love training your clients and helping them get the results they desire so badly. . .


There’s no escaping how much time you need to spend with them.


And time equals money.


It’s not always as simple as simply telling your current and future clients you’re increasing your prices, however.


When you add other elements of value to your services, it makes increasing your prices easier.


Offering nutrition advice and coaching around your current offer is a value add you can use to increase your prices. . .


In some cases, you could even double your current rates.


Can you imagine the extra freedom you’d have if you doubled your current rate?


You could reduce your client base leaving you free to spend more time with friends and family. . .


Or you could keep the same amount of clients, and use the extra profits you generate to invest to grow your business even further.


The choice is really yours.
