Hi Friend
As a coach, the need and desire to be in shape is always there.
Let’s be honest. Not many people are flocking to be coached by someone who doesn’t look like they practise what they preach now, do they?
Now, I’m NOT saying you need to be six-pack lean with veins bulging out of every part of your body.
I mean, as a PT and coach, you need to at least be able to demonstrate your ability to show your clients you understand them and their struggles.
This will be different depending on the type of people you are working with, and their desired results when it comes to working with you.
The guy who desperately wants to step on stage at a bodybuilding show has different training goals and needs compared to the 40-year-old mum who wants to feel better about herself in a swimsuit when she takes her family on holiday next summer.
The one thing all of these clients will have in common, however, is they’ll all want to be coached and trained by someone who “gets” them.
That’s where you come in, that’s where looking and feeling great about yourself as a coach and trainer becomes even more important.
It helps you position yourself as the right coach for them.
It helps you position yourself as the right trainer for your target market.
It gives you the confidence to go after the types of clients you want to work with.
It makes you more resilient as a trainer and coach, able to cope with the demands that come with your role.
That’s where I can help you.
In January, I’m opening up a few spots for one-to-one coaching exclusively for Personal Trainers, and Coaches like you,Friend
