Subject: It's All About The Size

Especially Those Little Things.

Hi Friend

British Cycling and Sir Dave Brailsford started looking at different opportunities for a competitive edge.

In doing so, Sir Dave coined a term and a way of working to propel the British Cycling team to record hauls of Olympic gold medals, World championships and records…

As well as Great Britain's first-ever Tour de France victory.

By looking at every aspect affecting a bike rider…

He and his team started to find the minor improvements they could make to contribute to the overall goal.

They knew they could get the bike riders to train and eat well.

They hadn’t looked at other things that would add to the success.

The perfect seat height for optimal power distribution as well as rider comfort.

The right mattress to ensure the rider got eight hours of restful sleep.

They changed the shape of the handlebars and the type of tires they used.

Everything was looked at with no stone left unturned.

The era of marginal gains was born.

Now while marginal gains were such a success for British cycling…

It catapulted the idea the general public could only achieve certain levels of success by following these rules.

Rules that are utterly worthless unless you have the fundamentals in place.

Marginal gains are called precisely that for a reason.

They’re the additional marginal improvements you can make once the basics are in place.

The 45-year-old mum in the gym trying to get to pre-baby weight doesn’t need to worry about how many grams of creatine powder to add to her morning smoothie…

She needs to know how to hit her daily protein target so that it doesn’t overcomplicate life for her and her family.

The 75-year-old man trying to stay strong to keep his independence doesn’t need to worry about adding BCAA’s to his intra-workout drink.

He wants to be in and out of the gym as quickly and efficiently as possible to get to his crown green bowls match and crush Mabel from the rival nursing home. (Or is it Frank who got one over on them last time?).

The thing is. Thanks to social media and certain mainstream media outlets…

The general public is increasingly confused about how to get and stay in decent shape without it taking over their life completely.

If you can get your message and method out as simply as possible…

You’ll overtake your competition.

Grow your business.

And help more people than you likely ever thought possible.

Showing your clients and potential clients, you understand their needs, wants and desires while giving them simple, easy-to-follow training guides and meal plans…

While sounding incredibly simple…

Is sometimes all you need to start and maintain a thriving and sustainable fitness business.

When you want to see the resources we can produce for you to have a thriving and sustainable fitness business, you know where I am.

Best wishes,

Naomi.
