Subject: Feel like giving up?

Hi Friend

How often do you have a client feel like giving up in the gym because they can’t see a difference after a week or two?

Some coaches will tell clients “You need to stick with the gym for the long term to see results”.

(Unless they’re selling a 6-week summer shred).

One of the best ways to get new clients is to retain the clients you have right now.

And the best way to do that is to have them see tangible results as soon as possible.

You want your clients to see improvements week after week.

But what are the results you can point out to them?

  • Weight down.

  • Clothes fitting better.

  • Progress photos look leaner.

  • Energy improving.

  • Confidence increasing.

  • Plus, many more.

If they’re not seeing any of those improvements week by week

There could be a missing link somewhere…

The bad news is I can’t pinpoint that link without diving deeper into your business, its processes and your client's plans.

The good news. I can share a simple way to get your clients to see progress themselves.

If you don’t already, get your clients to take pictures of themselves every week. (Bare with me if you already do).

Put their progress photos together on a timeline and compare them—every week.

IF they’re progressing, they’ll be astonished at what they see.

This is a good thing.

Because the dopamine hit they’ll get from seeing the progress they otherwise thought wasn’t happening will feel as good for them as hitting a PB. And that will get them talking to all their friends and family about how well they’re doing and how they should also work with you.

Try adding this simple process to your client's journey.

Best wishes,

Naomi.

Ps. You probably already have your clients take progress photos. This simple process is a great way for you to highlight progress to the clients who don’t feel like they’re getting anywhere.
