We are about to launch a new range of meal plans and we’d love your input!

Please hit reply and tell us which types of meal plan you’d be interested in. Let us know your favourite 3 from the list below (in order of preference)…

  • Balanced macros (moderate levels of proteins, carbs and fats) 

  • High protein

  • High protein/Low carb 

  • High protein/High fat

  • Vegan

  • Vegetarian 

  • Pescatarian

  • Paleo/primal

  • Other (please give details)

Once the votes have been counted, we will be launching the most popular meal plan in the next 3-4 weeks.

We’ll be adding My Fitness Barcodes to the meal plans (these are optional).

Each meal will fully photographed, and with full calorie and macro breakdowns.

A variety of daily calorie targets will be included, ranging from 1400-2600 calories.
