Think about it: Why would anyone want to be trained by the guy who’s jumping on the bench press during his client's rest periods?
Ask yourself:
Just what is your own personal vision of health and fitness?
How do you view and achieve your own personal well-being…
Is it by living and breathing what you say to your clients?
Or are you a do as I say, not as I do type of coach?
I know you don’t want or mean to be that way. You’re just stuck in a similar rut to your own clients.
Knowing what's best for them and what's best for yourself are two completely separate things.
Make 2023 the year you finally take control of your own health and fitness ambitions.
