What is your vision of health and wellness?


When working with new clients, the first thing I do is to help them figure out their vision of health and wellness.


This goes beyond having bigger legs, adding an inch to their arms, or getting down to 10% body fat.


Nothing wrong with any of those goals; I like building muscle and being lean.


And I love helping clients improve their body composition –


It's something I've enjoyed the most in the 12 years I've been coaching.


When those nice-to-have cosmetic goals are part of a bigger, more compelling vision…


Your health, fitness and well-being can take a different trajectory – one that stays more consistent.


Instead of a rushed 12-week transformation, it becomes a well-thought-out mission. With a destination somewhere much more impactful than a temporary state of leanness.


Because a clear vision of health and wellness considers your values, beliefs, identities...


And the many dimensions of health. It helps you to stay motivated at a deeper level.


After a while, it becomes harder not to do what you need to do to live in alignment with your vision.


That's an exciting place to be, getting started on that path takes clarity. Then it takes planning and executing the right actions.


As a coach, you're also a leader, and all good leaders go first.
