Alan and I went on a bit of a recipe frenzy at the weekend and we came up with this delicious healthy breakfast idea.

Our Strawberry & Kiwi Quinoa Protein Pudding contains healthy fats and slow release carbs to help keep you going until lunch, plus a good dose of fibre and vitamins.

We thought it would make a great breakfast option - or even a guilt-free dessert... it tastes so good!

Ingredients:
40g uncooked quinoa, 150g plain yoghurt, 25g whey or rice protein powder (any flavour), 10g chia seeds, 7g flaked almonds, 1 kiwi, diced (peeled or unpeeled)

Serves 1. Per serving: 409 calories, 13g fat, 43g carbs, 30g protein
