Subject: ⭐ Responsible for countless deaths

Hi Friend

I meet many people with big dreams, ambitious goals, and high aspirations.

Yet, there's a common reason why these dreams and goals remain out of reach for them.

Whether the dreams are for themselves and their families. Or for their businesses—it doesn’t matter.

The biggest killer of dreams is comfort.

This isn’t about any one person in particular. It's an observation from my years of working with fitness business owners.

Let me explain.

People (maybe you’re one of them) get too comfortable with where they are.

Things are going OK. You’re making enough money to get by, so you don’t take the bold actions needed to turn your dreams into reality.

Now, that’s perfectly fine if you’re truly happy with where you are in life right now.

Maybe you’re satisfied with the results you’re achieving.

Or maybe the goals and dreams you have aren’t truly yours; perhaps they’re what you think you should have.

First, take a moment to dig into your goals and decide if they’re what YOU want.

If they are, and you’ve weighed the ups and downs of pursuing them…

Then it’s time to get comfortable with being uncomfortable again. Because the longer you stay in your comfort zone…

The harder it will be to chase down those goals.

Ask yourself:

What are you willing to do to make it happen?

Where do you need to start?

Who do you need to connect with and align yourself with?

What or who’s help do you need to invest in?

Then go and do that.

It’s simple advice, but if I’m honest, most people won’t follow it.

Do you know why?

Because it’s uncomfortable 😉

That’s okay if you’re content with where you are in life.

But, I don’t think you are—because you’re reading this message. And you’ve made it this far.

Deep down, you already know what you need to do.

Make a list of the actions you’re willing to take. Reach out to the person or people who can help you get there…

And do the next thing next.

Best wishes,

Naomi.

Ps. I have a huge list of connections in the fitness industry. If there is a specific service or person you need help with or from, reply and let me know. I'll do what I can to get you connected.
