Being a “high school dropout” is worn as a badge of honour by some... especially if the dropout goes on to “make it” and become a world-famous musician, actor or model.
(I’m sure you know the type of person I mean).
Dolly Parton was the complete opposite when chasing her dream of becoming a musician.
She insisted she finish high school before pursuing a career in music and acting.
Packing her bags the day after graduation, she headed straight to Nashville with her musician hopes and dreams in mind.
In 1990 the rate of people dropping out of school in her hometown of Sevierville was over 30%. Dolly decided she needed to do something to help.
She started a buddy system. Offering children in 7th and 8th grade $500 if they graduate.
The dropout rate for those classes fell to 6%—and has remained around that average ever since.
It’s funny how such a simple system had such a profound impact, not only on those children but the wider community.
Systems make the world go round.
Many fitness business owners panic when asked what systems they use. But a system doesn’t need to be complex or difficult to use.
The definition of a system is:
A group of things that work together to achieve a specific goal. It's like a machine with many parts, each doing its job to make the whole machine work.
A car uses a system to work.
A computer uses a system.
Even the human body is made of many systems to make it function.
Granted, these are examples of much more complex systems. But they’re systems all the same.
Educating your clients on the importance of nutrition when working towards their goals needs a simple system.
It doesn’t matter if you work with single parents who are trying to look and feel better about themselves…
Or you work with athletes who are looking to improve their performance in their chosen discipline.
The Ultimate Pack is a simple system created so you can deliver highly nutritious and balanced meals to your clients without you having to lift a finger.
Every month when you receive your pack simply upload the resources to where you need them. It could be where you manage your client's information like your website or coaching app…
Or it could be used to attract more clients through social media.
In a matter of minutes, they’ll be uploaded and you can go back to doing what you do best.
Coaching your clients. Or you can take some much-needed downtime.
The choice is yours.
Afterall, you’ll have about 30 free hours per month to spare.
