I can’t cook my own food, and I don’t know what to buy when I go shopping, so it’s impossible for me to lose weight…
Or something similar?
When your ideal client is a “busy professional” (🤮) or a parent who’s constantly rushed off their feet, cooking healthy nutritious meals can quickly drop down the priorities list.
This can usually mean they buy the same old pre-prepared meals from the frozen section because shopping for healthy food can be overwhelming…
Especially if you’ve got a rug rat or two pulling at your shopping cart 🧒👧
Because even though buying healthy ingredients to cook yourself might seem easy to you and me…
To others, it can be the number one thing putting them off trying to lose weight. And that means there’s a strong chance they’ll skip merrily on to the local slimming group for yet another embarrassing weigh-in.
But you can stop that from happening to them.
Because in the Festive Recipe Book, we’re adding a meal plan example with a shopping list.
I’m not saying all your clients have to follow the meal plan.
It’s there to give an example of how simple planning meals for the week can be. As well as showing how simple creating a healthy shopping list is.
Don’t want to use that page with your clients? You can easily remove it in Canva.
But – if your clients struggle with buying healthy food in their weekly big shop…
My suggestion would be to leave it in.
