Hi Friend
The term Black Friday didn’t start with shopping (and definitely not personal training - it began with chaos and panic in 1869…
Long before we were waiting for the John Lewis Christmas advert.
It is said that on September 24th, 1869, two speculators, Jay Gould and James Fisk, caused a financial crash by manipulating gold prices, leading to a market panic.
That first recorded “Black Friday” had nothing to do with discounting products or services to get extra pre-Christmas sales, but it certainly left a mark on history you couldn’t plan for.
What does this have to do with your fitness business?
Planning.
While chaos and panic might’ve been the spirit of the original Black Friday, we think it would be great to embrace the opposite when it comes to your fitness business.
Now you’re too late to take advantage of the early Black Friday release date and bonuses…
But that doesn’t mean you can’t grab a bargain when the offer comes out tomorrow morning.
Over the next few days, I’ll be in touch regularly to politely remind you what we’re offering and how to take advantage of our offers to leave you a hefty chunk of profit…
If you don’t want to take advantage of the Black Friday offers, feel free to ignore and delete the emails (I won’t even be offended if you unsubscribe, to be honest. But it’ll be your loss if you do 🤷)...
But there will be some marketing and positioning gems you can apply to your business as soon as you read about them.
Best wishes,
Naomi.
