Dear Fathers,

The Father and Son Men’s Conference, taking place one week from now, may be an incredibly life-changing weekend for fathers and sons. We are excited to hear from Gil Bates, who will share messages from his experience as a pastor and father of 19 children. Peter Magnuson will share from his viewpoint as a father of three little children and also as a son who grew up in a Conservative Christian home under his father, the late Roger Magnuson.

Also joining us is Mark Wilkes, along with some of his sons. Mark is a realtor and the father of nine children. He and his family felt led to start a family farm where they can work together to produce quality food for their community. As they have worked together, they have found that the challenges they face often are a tool in their lives to conform them more to Christ's character. Together, they developed the following motto:

     We’re the Wilkes Team
     We’re not perfect, But we’re quick to obey,
     We’re quick to repent, We’re quick to forgive,
     We pray for each other, We disciple one another,
     While we wait for God to shed His love abroad in our hearts:
     That’s how we Stick Together!
