Dear Families,
What a refreshing message that Peter Magnuson shared last night about the blessing and necessity of solitude! Jesus set that example for us by taking time away from the bustle of crowds to spend time in the Garden praying. He also told his disciples, "Come ye yourselves apart into a desert place and rest a while" (Mark 6:31).
With all that our nation has been through, we can view stay-at-home orders as restrictive and controlling. Or, we can turn them into reminders of how much we need seasons to spend time seeking God together as a family.

| I hope you are able to do that by joining us again this evening as we hear from Gil Bates. A business owner, husband, pastor, and amazing dad to 19 children, expect Gil's down-to-earth message to encourage, challenge, and bless you!
We're also looking forward to enjoying beautiful piano music by Anna Ferraro, welcoming back friends from our conference children's programs, and presenting a short film on the Excel program for young ladies!
