Subject: Dealing with Bitterness

Early Registration Deadline is July 8!

When we feel the sting of someone’s spiteful words or actions against us, we have a choice as to how to respond. In order for us to respond rightly, we must receive something from God that is greater than the offense we just suffered. This “something” is not a positive mental attitude that ignores reality, nor does it condone wrongdoing. While God has ordained civil leaders to administer justice when a law has been violated, for personal offenses, God offers to us something greater that brings freedom to our souls and resolves the bitterness that would otherwise consume us.

In this special preview from Affirming Biblical Foundations, we observe the detriment of bitterness as well as how God can liberate us from it. We invite you to join us August 8–11 in Big Sandy, Texas, for resolving bitterness and other sessions in this faith-building workshop. Children's programs will also be offered for families attending this shortened week.

Please feel free to invite others to join you whom you believe would benefit as well from hearing these life-changing truths from Scripture.
