Dear Families,
Our families frequently tell us how the Family Conferences are a highlight in their year, and how the fellowship, powerful teaching, and life-changing children's programs keep them coming back.
Unfortunately, what is taking place in our nation and around the world with the coronavirus situation has changed things and we are unable to host our families on campus for the Big Sandy April Family Conference, April 29–May 1. We know that God is working all things together for good for His children, and that He is using this situation to draw others to Himself. We also desire to honor the Lord by following the directives given by our local, state, and federal governmental authorities who are taking and recommending tangible steps to slow the spread of the coronavirus.
Although we will not be able to see you in person, we are excited to announce that we will be able to provide you with free access to attend our first ever exclusively online conference. We are planning to stream a message each evening, April 29–May 1, accompanied by special speakers "stopping in" for a greeting and live update. Please invite your family and friends to join our Family Conferences email list so everyone can receive the latest updates, announcements, and the free online conference link.
We will be contacting everyone who are holding reservations for the April Family Conference personally to offer full refunds or the option to transfer their reservations to our Big Sandy July Family Conference, July 27–31. We will be contacting you as soon a possible, so thank you for your patience as you await our email or phone call.
