Dear member,

The EUROPARC Directorate would like to take this opportunity to remind all of our members of this year's General Assembly, which will be held online on the 27th of October, 10 am CET.

Please register for the meeting as the Zoom link and details will be sent out only to the people that registered. We need just a few information from you, just as you would “sign in” for the General Assembly live meeting. 

We remind you that all documents are posted here. 
The folder is password protected. To unlocked it simply use the following password: memberseuroparc

We want to also remind you, that according to our statute only the members that have paid their fees will be able to vote in the General Assembly.

If you haven’t paid your 2020 fee, please make sure you do so till 26th of October the latest. If you have questions or need any help please send us a message at members.europarc@europarc.org. 
 
Regarding Proxy Votes, as this year’s GA is exclusively online we are encouraging each members to join, individually. Proxy votes can still be brought, but please make sure-for each Proxy vote you bring, you have a different device to log in to the meeting. Also please make sure the proper proxy documents are being sent out to us.
