Dear members,

The call for Youth Representative within the EUROPARC Council is still open!

EUROPARC wants to lead by example and give young people a voice within our organisation. That is why we are now looking for a new Youth Representative to join our Council.

The Youth Representative will be a coopted member of the EUROPARC Council. As such, they will have the same rights, duties and responsibilities - other than voting. The new youth representative must:

  • Be active in a Protected Area that is a member of the EUROPARC Federation, either through volunteering, the Junior Ranger/Youth+ programmes or the Youth Manifesto - or equivalent.

  • Share EUROPARC’s mission, vision and values and have strong motivation to contribute to the objectives of the Federation.

  • Be fluent in English.

  • Be able to commit to 1 online meeting per month and 2 live meetings per year over the course of the 3 year mandate (till October 2024).

Does this apply to you? Or do you know someone that would be a perfect fit? Then please fill out the application form and send it together with your CV to esther.bossink@europarc.org until the 17th of December 13:00 CET.
