There will be a MAKEUP CLASS Tuesday April 4, 6-7 at Albany Community Center. Hope to see you there. If you cannot make the class, I can arrange for you to be a guest at my Friday 10-11am class in El Cerrito (at Mind Body Dojo), or I can send you a class video you can do at home. Please let me know.
