| DEAR STUDENTS,
SUMMER is almost here! Passionate gardening, hiking, and ZOOMING PILATES will continue. In addition to classes and private online sessions, I am offering in-person sessions in Tilden Park and other outdoor spaces (see details below).
In JUNE evening classes will begin one-hour earlier. Friday class will become an intermediate class for those who want more challenge, and Wednesday classes will be discontinued. Fees will be slightly increased, yet Discounted Class Cards and Unlimited Class Passes will be available. See registration info and private session info below. Looking forward to working with you.

| Private Zoom sessions give you the individual attention, advice and encouragement to improve postural, movement, and fitness issues. Consider combining private sessions with classes to further enhance your benefits. |
| | Outdoor sessions are offered in Tilden Park, or other open spaces, while maintaining social distancing, wearing masks, and not touching. Sessions can include working with balance, posture, walking, strength training, and learning how to use trekking poles properly. 1-SESSION (60-minutes): $85
