I'm offering an 8-week Pilates & Movement Zoom Series, May 17-July 8 (Tues 5:30-6:30pm & Fri 10-11am). Because of the more infectious BA. 2 Covid variant, I've decided not to offer in-person classes at this time. I do offer in-person private sessions to students who are vaccinated, as well as Zoom private sessions.
CLASS CARDS will once again be available, allowing you to mix and match classes. Class cards are significantly discounted and I cannot offer credit for future classes if you miss classes.
VIDEO PASS will not be available this time, yet I'm developing INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEOS on specific topics, such as 'active flexibility', 'dynamic balance', and 'foot to core power'. I'll keep you posted.

- FRIDAYS: May 20-July 8, 10-11am, 8-classes
REGISTRATION (Class Cards Valid Through July 8): - Drop-in: $18
- 8 Class Card: $120 ($15 @ class)-Couples $176 ($11 each per class)
- 12 Class Card: $168 ($14 @ class)-Couples $240 ($10 each per class)
- 16 Class Card: $208 ($13 @ class)-Couples $288 (Couples/$9 each per class)
HOW TO PAY: I prefer Checks, yet you can use Venmo or PayPal if you have an account and indicate it as a 'payment between friends & family' to avoid processing fees. If necessary, you can use Credit cards/PayPal through my website (+ processing fees).
